yfcs.ca is a psychotherapy practice that offers individual, family and group therapy sessions to help clients work through a range of mental health challenges.

I do have limited spots to offer psychotherapy sessions on a sliding scale fee structure (reduced rate). Please let me know if finances are a concern and I’d be happy to discuss a fee structure that works for you.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long and up to 10 sessions, while group therapy sessions may be longer. The length of each session may vary depending on the needs of the client.

In case of an immediate crisis, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, contact your family physician or call a Distress Centre.

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP. You may have an insurance benefits package that may provide coverage for the service provided. Please contact your insurance provider to find out details of coverage for psychotherapy sessions before booking the first session.
