About me!

I’m Kam, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to helping individuals with neurodiversity‑affirming care, trengthen communication, building healthy boundaries, and manage work‑related stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma‑informed care.

I support clients who want to:

  • Improve communication in personal or professional relationships
  • Develop assertiveness and confidence
  • Navigate workplace conflict, bullying, or burnout
  • Understand emotional patterns and reduce reactivity
  • Build healthier, more balanced boundaries


I also bring experience coaching youth who struggle with anxiety in group or sport environments, helping them build confidence and feel more grounded.


I offer therapy in both English and Farsi, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse lived experiences.


My Approach


My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, trauma‑informed practices, and strengths‑based, developmentally appropriate interventions. I have extensive experience supporting individuals who identify with ADHD‑related challenges, including difficulties with focus, organization, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. I also provide autism‑affirming psychotherapy for youth and adults seeking support with communication, social engagement, sensory experiences, and navigating daily routines in ways that honour their unique needs.

My vision is to create a safe and compassionate space where individuals feel empowered to explore their inner world, heal emotional wounds, and grow into the fullest version of themselves.

Mission

My mission is to provide integrative, evidence-based mental health support that honours each individual’s unique journey. Through compassionate listening, collaborative goal-setting, and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, we help clients build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change. We are committed to fostering a space of trust, inclusivity, and growth, where healing is not only possible, but sustainable.
